Return Policy

Our return policy will vary depending on where your order have come from. Please make sure you understand your rights before placing you order.

EUROPE:

Customer is responsible for costs of all returns, these are non-refundable. If you return your product without an RMA number you may not be refunded and you may be required to pay again to have it returned.

You can return or exchange your item 30 days after they have been received for any reason. You must have proof of purchase, ideally with the packaging and hang tags intact, and all items included. Click on the link below to start processing a return.

After 30 days have passed we are not able to accept returns for any reason. If you have a manufacturer fault your product will still be covered by our lifetime guarantee though.

You have the right to cancel from your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.
